Dr. Jill Simons is the executive director of the American College of Pediatricians which was formed precisely because the American Academy of Pediatrics started down the path of what was politically expedient.   Dr. Jill Simons is a Board-Certified Pediatrician. She graduated from the University of Wisconsin Medical School and completed residency, also at the University of Wisconsin. As a resident she was involved in child advocacy issues and co-authored papers on Fitness for Youth, and Child and Infant Car Restraint Safety.
