The Thriving Christian Artist

As of the time of this video, the Powerball lottery is up to something like $1.9 BILLION dollars.  Billion.  With a B.  Can you even fathom how much money that is?  It is such a staggering amount of money for a person to have for themselves that it might as well be called a “gazillion” or a “bajillion.”  It’s no wonder so many people are buying a ticket or two in the infinitesimal hope that maybe they’ll be the one to take it home (or at least what’s left after taxes).  And when I hear people talking about what they would do with that kind of money (or even a tenth, or a hundredth of that amount) it’s amazing to hear how people feel their lives would change.  All the great things that they could do in their lives, if only they had the money.  As fun as it can be to buy a ticket and dream, we need to realize that if we are good and faithful stewards, God has already given us everything we need to accomplish what He has in store for our lives.  Want to know more?  Listen to this episode of 5-Minute Mentoring!
