Welcome to our first episode of 2024 as we take a look back at some of the highlights of 2023. 2023 didn’t get off to the greatest of starts for Ian as he wound up in Hospital for about 10 days with a case of Double pneumonia and a Blood Clot on one of his lungs. So suffice it to say he had to rethink a few things, which included scifipulse.net and the podcast.  So after some thought and a chat with Marx Pyle. Ian decided to roll many of the TV reviews that used to feature on the website into a monthly podcast format. Which is how this show was born. And after some time of having him on as a guest we decided to bring our friend Jeff Burns in so as to hopefully give you all a good mixture of views, which saw us have some interesting discussions about various Star Trek episodes as Jeff’s view is often a little different to ours, which we all see as a good thing.  So we kick this show off with our review of the Doctor Who specials and the Christmas Day episode ‘The Church on Ruby Road’.
