As we know the Proverbs continually talk about wisdom: "Get Wisdom, it is the principal thing..." Proverb 4:7. In this sermon the Love chapter, ICorinithians 13 is cited and shown that Wisdom and Love are intertwined. You cannot have one, without the other. The Loud sounding cymbals, the clanging disorder that they bring, is what a Christian is like, without wisdom. As Paul puts it...what you have done in God's eyes (even though you may be saved...) amounts to nothing because Love-Wisdom were missing. Agape love is restless until the object of the love is secured. But love is not "blind", it has a wisdom to it that causes its goal to be effectually realized.
