Franklin (MA) Matters

The ribbon cutting Friday at Schmidt's Farm acknowledged the purchase of over 200 acres of open space with CPA funds. A significant accomplishment for Franklin! Town Council Chair Tom Mercer opened the brief ceremony with a few remarks. (Most were caught on the audio recording):"Good morning.
