More and more, the Freedom Caucus is the Chaos Caucus. If you think they hate democracy, and America by extension, you’re on to something. I used to think they couldn’t govern. Now I see that they have no interest in governing. Their refusal to continue aid to Ukraine speaks volumes. It’s not the money; it’s Putin. They prefer autocracy to democracy, and they’ve figured out how to employ the tyranny of the minority. Here’s a short piece on the crisis of public confidence that they have ginned up.
