The Fire Mare: 1 tablespoon of honey splash of lemon juice & splash of hot sauce muddled with: black pepper, chili powder, cayenne pepper, cinnamon Shake with 2 oz Evan Williams 100 proof Bottled in Bond Straight Kentucky Bourbon (or bourbon of choice) Pour over ice, garnish with pepperoncini pepper Glaive Pool: 2 oz gin 4 oz Cran-raspberry juice squeeze of lime juice (adust per tartness desired) few dashes of orange bitters shaken with ice and strained topped with 2 oz (or more) Lime LaCroix garnished/rimmed with slice of mandarin orangeSupport the show
