A friend asked me should we be celebrating the incident in Montgomery? I decided to pose the question to one of the greatest teachers of nonviolence in history--the Rev. James M. Lawson. More than anyone else, he educated, organized and mobilized nonviolent troops for the Civil Rights Movement and for Dr. King, in the way Joshua prepared Moses' troops.
