      No, your ears didn't deceive you the intro is different! I've wanted to change up our intro for a little while now and I'm testing this one out to see how it feels. In fact, if y'all like it let me know and I might keep it. If you can't stand it let me know too.  So I'm back at it again…and alone on the mic once again. Scheduling conflicts kept Tavaria from recording with me, but that's okay. In fact, I might do a B-Side to this episode and have her share some of her own unconventional tips to help maintain your mental health.
