Juliana Fetherman is a 23-year-old trailblazer who developed Making Authentic Friendships, an interactive web app that enables children (ages 13+) and adults with special needs to make friends based on age, diagnosis, interests and geographic location. Making Authentic Friendships, MAF is named after her brother Michael Fetherman who has Autism and ADHD. Upon noticing that Michael's loneliness was attributed to his lack of friends, Juliana set out to change this by making it easier for those with special needs to Make Authentic Friendships.
