For this episode of Valley Strange, we decided our topic would be the legendary were-bird cryptid, the white owl-witch, La Lechuza. We try and mud-waddle our way through the lore, iconography, symbolism, and many influences and beliefs surrounding the popular myth of these shapeshifters.
