My great friend Matthew Laurance joins me in this segment of Next on the Tee. Matthew and I talked nothing about golf and it couldn't have been more fun. He is such a great storyteller and we get to hear a lot about his movie career. You'll hear about the event he hosted last Fall where he helped raise money for the flood victim in Eastern Kentucky with a special showing of the movie he starred in, Eddie & the Cruisers. He also shares stories about his relationships with Jim Boeheim, PJ Carlesimo, the crush Elton John had on him, and getting to work with Carl Reiner and Steve Martin on the movie Dead Men Don't Wear Plaid.

I had the privilege of spending some time with one of my all-time favorite peeps Mitch Laurance on Next on the Tee. Mitch shared a historical perspective on the top players of all-time discussion. We get to hear great stories about Old Tom Morris, Tom Morris Jr., James Braid, Harry Vardon, and Ted Ray. Mitch also talks about his recent trip to Pinehurst and Pine Valley plus a fantastic story from the round he played last year at historic Aiken Golf Club.

My all-time favorite author and fantastic TV Producer Keith Hirshland joins me in this segment of the show. Keith updated us on how things are going out on the LIV Tour. As the Producer of their golf tournaments, he shares some of the new, innovative technology they have to keep up with 48 players who all have golf balls in the air at the same time. He gives us insights on LIV's team concept and how that keeps all 48 players engaged even if they're not on top of the leaderboard. Mark Calcavecchia shares a couple of his Masters near misses in 1988 and 2001. We hear about the back 9 battle he had with Sandy Lyle in the final round in 1988. Mark was 5 strokes back after 7 holes but charged to take a 1 stroke lead with birdies on 8, 9, 11, and 13. In 2001, after a birdie on number 1 on Sunday he was tied with Tiger and Phil. Two great stories from one of the great players of that era.

2011 US Senior Open Champion Olin Browne joined me in this segment. Olin shares his thoughts on this year's Masters Tournament and memories from his 4 Masters appearances. I also get his thoughts on potentially rolling back the golf ball.

I had the privilege of meeting Geoff at the PGA Merchandise Show. He's the Executive Director of the South Florida, PGA Section. In this segment, we hear about the great things his section is doing to grow the game and support local Veterans through PGA Hope. They also raised nearly $450,000 through their partnership with Jack and Barbara Nicklaus and their Play Yellow Birdie bash that benefited their local Children's Miracle Network Hospital.

In this special segment, I'm joined by Steve Burke. Steve has been looping out at Pebble Beach for 25 years. He shares stories about the great players, actors, athletes, and the rich and famous he's caddied for. We talk about the famous par 3 7th hole and the range of clubs the wind has caused him and his players to hit. Steve also talks about his book, "Cutter, America's Unfiltered Caddie" which is filled with caddie one-liners that he's gathered over the years.

Tim Simpson and I start off talking about the mental game and the work he's doing with a company called Cerefit/Zing Performance. They have vastly improved his mental approach and cognitive thinking through mind exercises he does every day. We also get his perspective on the rolling-the-ball back issue, plus we hear his memories of playing at Oak Hill site of this year's PGA Championship.

Suzy Whaley also weighs in on the proposed Model Local Rule of rolling the ball and her thoughts if the Tours don't approve it what that does to their relationship with USGA & R&A. Suzy is now the President of a new golf platform called Golf Nation that's about to be rolled out. We hear about the unique content they'll have available on there including being able to purchase gear right from our smart TVs, iPad, & mobile phones plus watch her show, "Don't I Know You".

Frank Nobilo talks about the preparation that goes into The Masters broadcast. We hear his thoughts on how awkward the Champions Dinner could be with the former champions, who are now playing on the LIV Tour, back in the room. We also get his thoughts on who he likes to be on top of the leaderboard come Sunday evening.

They are two of the top courses not only in Myrtle Beach, but also on the Top 100 list you can play according to Golf Magazine, Golf Digest, and Golfweek. Bart talks about the design of both courses and the esthetic beauty that surrounds them. It's easy to understand why our friend Charlie Rymer says they are two of his favorite courses in Myrtle Beach.
