  • Scott's Thoughts Episode 5 Gratitude, Just Gratitude

    06/02/2023 Duración: 15min

In this episode of Scott's Thoughts Join Scott in thinking about: Gratitude. According to the theory of positive psychology, gratitude is the human way of acknowledging the good things of life. I challenge you to practice Martin Seligman’s famous “Three Good Things” exercise. For one week, each night, write down three things that you are grateful for. Include what you noticed, how it made you feel. Anything counts: The events you choose can be large or small.

  • I Finally Saw Gary Vee!

    29/11/2018 Duración: 05min

Longer audio but please listen :) I finally got to see Gary Vee yesterday! He is a huge role model of mine and it was a very surreal moment for me. I’ve watched so many videos of him that it was hard to believe I was seeing him in real life. The other person I saw who I had no idea would make me care was Tony Robbins. Now I know that Tony Robbins is a legend, but I never knew why. He spoke for 5 hours doing different types of exercises to get us into a different mindset. I’m by no means a ra ra person but I decided to go all in with everything he was doing. He really hit on a lot of points I’ve been working on with my personal development. Some of it was, “What is fulfillment in my life? How do I truly have appreciation?”. It was a very powerful experience but also very confusing. Some people asked if I was fired up and I truly am not. I have still a lot of self-development to go through and it is scary and not easy. So, I would say I’m more aware of my life but still a lot to come. I want to know, have you

  • How Will You Stand Out When The Market Cools Off?

    16/11/2018 Duración: 04min

The Real Estate market is starting to cool off and I have a feeling that Realtors are going to need to differentiate themselves to beat out their competition. Now that homes aren’t selling on day one with 6 offers Realtors will need to do everything they can to get a home sold. The Realtors that increase their marketing budget will sell their homes faster and get more clients. Using 3D tours, drone shots, and HDR photos will separate you and get you those listings. Do you think that now that the market is not as hot, you should increase your marketing budget on your listings?

  • Mormon Lake Adventures

    14/11/2018 Duración: 03min

Had a shoot at Mormon Lake, Arizona today. Thought I’d try a different type of video out. Let me know what you think!

  • What does an emotional speech look like?

    02/11/2018 Duración: 05min

I've watched a lot of people give speeches recently about the tragedies that happen in the world. It is very confusing to me sometimes because the speeches are very "speech like" and not emotional. Why doesn't someone sound sad when talking about a sad topic. A lot of these speeches are good speeches but it feels like there is no emotion. I want to know what makes a good speech and how do people put that emotion into it. What do you do to put emotion into a speech? How do you sound different than just your average speech?

  • How Should I Feel About Pittsburgh?

    02/11/2018 Duración: 03min

This week has felt very weird with everything that happened in Pittsburgh. It was the largest murder of Jews in American history and I'm very lost. It is so scary to me to think that there are people out there that hate us, or even just me, for no true reason. I feel scared but at the same time I know I'm living in a great time where I can be Jewish and not be treated horrid. The hardest part is the feeling of sadness for the families affected by everything. I am so happy that our communities around the world have joined together in support and hope we make a difference in the near future.

  • I SHAVED MY HEAD!

    30/10/2018 Duración: 04min

YES! I SHAVED MY HEAD! Why did I do it? It started this summer when I realized I have never shaved my head. It was something so simple but yet so terrifying for me. I decided I was going to do it for a Halloween costume. Unfortunately the costume didn’t arrive so I was left with a choice, should I shave or not? I realized I was so afraid that I had to push myself to shave it. If this little thing that could be reversed scared me so much I had to face my fears. I felt if I let this little thing stop me then what else would I be afraid of that would stop me in business. I do admit I was absolutely terrified before I shaved. During and after I felt so liberated. I felt free and able to progress in life. Everyone has fears but if you do not look at them square in the face and say “Fuck it!” and keep moving forward then you’ll never be better. I strive to be a better Scott everyday and this is just one step towards that. Fear is always there but it is only temporary and we can beat it! Anyone else want to joi

  • Drone Life!

    29/10/2018 Duración: 08min

Ran out of time last week to post this but I absolutely love this video! I had an amazing week doing drone, 3D tours, and creative work! It was very scary doing some of the drone work since you never know how the shoot is going to be. It all turned out great and I'm very happy with it! The other part of this video is talking about what content would you like? What is beneficial for me to show and teach you and create for you. I can do a lot of things but would love your feedback!

  • My Family is Awesome!

    20/10/2018 Duración: 06min

Didn’t post at all this week and reason being is I got to spend a lot of time with family. My Aunt and uncle came into town so I got to spend time with them, my parents, and my sister and her BF. It was a ton of fun. At the same time I was very busy with work. I recently figured out how to do still photos on my camera which is allowing me to expand my offerings to customers. It is a bit scary but I’m glad I learned it. I will not openly offer it yet since it is not as profitable but I can add it with my tours if needed. Since I’ve been gone for so long tell me the best part of your week and what you are looking forward to this coming week! :)
