The final Shut Up & Listen! podcast features an interview and music from London-based rock band, The Autistix. Francis from Shut up & Listen interviews Jack Beaven Duggan, Luke Steels and Saul Zur-Szpiro after their gig at the Blue Camel Club. Tutors, Fran and Chris take us behind the scenes of Carousel's 10 week music making and DJ training course for people with a learning disability.

Fran Reynolds takes a look at Carousel Singers: a 30-strong choir of singers with learning disabilities. Carousel Singers was formed in 2011 as part of a Paralympic Project called Gold Run, a multi-media show they devised with support from Carousel, Glyndebourne and Pallant House Gallery. Since Gold Run, Carousel Singers has continued to meet weekly during term time. The singers have worked with a number of musicians and choir leaders to develop their skills and create new music. Carousel Singers have started working with their own dedicated band of musicians. A lively choir, Carousel Singers is made up of people with a broad range of learning disabilities with an infectious enthusiasm for performing their own compositions. They seek to challenge assumptions of what a choir can be.

Creative Minds is led by learning disabled artists and performers. It is about seeing, talking and questioning. The events aim to get people talking about how we know that art by learning disabled artists and performers is good and of a high quality. Francis visited the first conference to find out what is was all about.

After a 2014 performance at the Blue Camel Club, Shut Up & Listen spoke to singer/songwriter Daniel Wakeford about his music, his performance at the European Song Festival in Stockholm and his romantic adventures on the Channel 4 TV show, 'The Undateables'.

Fran talks to Sami Helle, bass player for Finnish Learning Disability Punk rockers, Pertti Kurikan Nimipäivät. Sami presents a regular radio show called 'Across the Borders' where he speaks to people around the world using Skype. Shut Up & Listen catch up with Australian Rock band, Rudely Interrupted, in Melbourne before they set off on tour dates in Russia, Los Angeles, Italy and Australia. They are promoting their new singles, 'I am Alive' and 'Ran over a Lizard'. Constant Flux are an organisation who aim to create opportunities for musicians with learning disabilities. In April 2014 they organised a UK tour for London-based Pop band, the Fish Police. In this show we hear from Constant Flux and the team who have worked with the Fish Police on their debut album, the Marzipan Transformations.
