Psalm 119:32 O, Lord do not put me to shame! I will run the course of Your Commandments, for You shall enlarge my heart. Have you been struggling with a deep inner response to the potential for, or the actual experience for being exposed as deficient or unworthy in another eyes? The word "shame" is closely related to "mortified" which is derived form a French word meaning death. Shame is the experience of profound embarrassment, a feeling of wanting to "curl up and die" on the inside.  Understanding your shame leads to a richer appreciation for the work of Christ.

In our previous broadcast we exposed what a sin consciousness is and how we, the Body of Christ, got duped into believing it was a pleasing mindset to the Lord. Today we are going to share with you some practical applications on how you can develop a continual God consciousness and live the life our Heavnly Father always intended for you.

  Cindy Kessler was a young child of 4 years old when the Lord wrote His name upon her heart and placed a call on her life to live for Him alone. Always having a love for singing, she determined early on that her gifts would be used to bring Him glory and fame. Perfectionist are idealistic in that they frequently think about how things "should" be, not how they really are. Perfectionism causes one to set impossibly high goal which leads to discouragement, failure, and ultimately quitting. This thinking and belief of being product-minded believing contentment, happiness, and a sense of accomplishment are not permissible until their current project or activity has been completed. Do you feel you have to be the best at what you do. Do you equate your worth with your performance?  Listen as we discuss what can be done to help perfectionism.

Eph. 2:10 says, "We are His workmanship, created in Christ Jesus for good works, which God prepared beforehand so that we would walk in them" Every Born Again Believer has a destiny that God has planned for them, but not every Christian walks in that destiny because they fall short in knowing and understanding who they are in Christ Jesus. If we look at King David it is plain to see he knew his identity, because he knew his identity he had the boldness and courage to walk in it.  Imagine if David only had a mere glimpse of his identity or he only believed what others told he what they thought his identity was; he would have never fulfilled God's plan for his life and the Nation of Israel. Just like it was vital for King David to know and walk in his true identity it is just as vital for every Christian to know and walk in their true identity in Christ Jesus.

    Once you understand the functionality of your anatomy - spirit, soul and body  (I Thes. 5:23); scripture will come alive, eliminating confusion and give you an ability to release its power by rightly discerning its truth.

Although some would call Yvonne Miller an evangelist, she describes herself as an ordinary woman who loves the Lord and has simply made soul winning a part of her everyday living. She began her ministry in 1986 as a Junior High and High School teacher in a private Christian school where she learned that evangelism isn’t just about an organized crusade, or standing on a street corner declaring the Word of the Lord, but something as simple as a kind greeting could reach the heart of an individual.
