Our Great Shepherd, Jesus Christ, is all we need because: He refreshes & restores our Body and Soul, He always leads us down the right paths, He banishes all our fears, He invites us to bask in His presence, He wants us to know we are safe & secure forevermore.

God will probably never give you the whole plan-He wants you to trust Him. . It's not at all about the plan, but about your faith. Are you willing to trust even if you don't know everything? Will you trust Him to make a way, work a miracle, keep His promises even when life can seem unstable? Will you step out in faith just because He is calling you to do so?

God is working to bring good in your life. Whatever difficult situation you may be in making you wonder if God is in all this, hear me-He is doing something. He is working through the current difficulty to bring about eternal good. Get your eyes off of needing proof for God to handle a situation, simply declare your belief that my God-He is good. Blessed are those who believe.

When the Christian life is a struggle just give up trying and start trusting Him. Jesus said He had come to give us abundant life. But it is not our life he came to give instead it is His life

Jesus gives us an invitation to come to Him. An invitation to give Him our burdens, to give Him those things that wear us down and therefore to find rest.

Christ tells the self-sufficient church that there is hope. Come to Me and receive what makes you truly wealthy. Come to Me and I will cover your shame, every bit of it, with my righteousness. Your sin will be removed, and you will be dressed in white purity. Come to Me and I will open your eyes that you may see and know that these things are true.

When Jesus comes, no one will be able to hide because it says everyone will see Him and all the earth will mourn. There will be great sorrow because the truth will be known. His coming is decisive, final and judgement looms for all who rejected Him. Let His light shine today in your life. Open up every area of your life to the truth of His light. Be ready for His coming.

In Matthew chapter 16 Jesus asks the apostles, Who do you say I am? He is the Christ, the deliverer, the Son of the living God. We have the keys of the kingdom; the divine authority over the darkness. We have the power to enforce the will of heaven here on earth. Do we know this?Why do we fear? Why do we shrink back? Enough of it already-We are the church of the living God.

The casualty of fear is always love. Jesus says the church will betray one another, hate one another, their love will grow cold. My prayer is that we are ready with the love of God. We may be the generation that lives out these verses. Are we living in a day when this love will be needed?. Is our community, our love for one another a bond the enemy cannot penetrate. Jesus says to endure, remain in His love because he is coming for his bride and He is coming soon.

Jesus is one of those things that the more we taste the more we want. We do not want to go back to the old life. Though we may be tempted, we may struggle - to go back is death. We are called to be different so others can know different.

So many people today live with scales on their spiritual eyes. They don't believe He can change them. They are blind. They have never BELIEVED that they are changed. If you are in Christ then believe this--"I am a new creation in Christ, and He is my life". When I see my past I remind myself that i am a new creation in Christ and am complete in Him. Pray for God to remove the scales in your eyes.

You may have come here today and you're spiritually hungry. You know something is missing. God is calling to you today-believe in Me. Just believe that Jesus came for you. He died for you so that you would know His love, His complete forgiveness, His new life. Just believe in Jesus. Tell him you believe.

Through what lens are you looking at the world? Is it the momentary light afflictions of your life or the reality of Christ who has risen from the dead? He knows what He is doing, He is always working on our behalf. He has not surrendered His authority.

Could you use a fresh anointing of God's Holy Spirit? Aren't there times in your life when you are just frazzled, scared, stressed, worried, and what you really need is for God to just confirm that He deeply loves you and that He is your father and holds you securely in His hands. The presence of God is like a rudder that keeps us on course when the storms of life are raging. Things can be blowing up all around us and we are safe because He's here.

In the midst of a pandemic, riots, a society turned against you; when you loose your job, when you're fighting disease, in the midst of it all, because of Jesus, there is much rejoicing in the city. There's a reason we can be courageous in these times. There's a reason we are not overtaken; that we stand rejoicing in spite of it all. There's a reason because the grave could not hold Him, death could not keep him, hell could not defeat Him- He is alive; He is real; He is strong, Her makes us rejoice.

In John 3: 1-18, Nicodemus thought being of Jewish lineage and living with the highest moral standards guaranteed him a place in heaven with God. Jesus showed him that his goodness, or any man or women's goodness, falls terribly short of God's perfect standard. Jesus said he must be "born again" and then told him "how" in verses 16-18.

What are you facing today? How do you feel about all that's going on? Before you leave this place today, hear this. God is faithful. He will provide courage to face the darkness. He will give you glimpses of heaven along the way. He will give you peace as the stones keep coming. He's just that good.

Where are your eyes today? Are they looking at the turmoil of the virus, the riots, the agendas of extremists? Maybe it's more personal. You're facing a mountain in front of you. What's the difficulty, the disease, the debt, the pain, the regret, the anger, the fear; what is it that you're looking at? Do what Stephen did. Turn away from those who accuse you, own failures. Stop looking at how wrong everything seems. Turn, look up, gaze into heaven and: Behold, the lamb.
